My Online and In-Office Services

Life gets heavy.  I will help carry your burden by listening without judgment and allowing room to explore your thoughts, feelings, and circumstances.  I typically use cognitive behavioral therapy, which identifies and utilizes the connections between thoughts, emotions, and actions.

In-office only.  I tailor sessions to meet each person at their developmental level.  Because children communicate through play, these sessions are active, using games, activities, and art to help children and adolescents make sense of their emotional lives and the world.  Some older adolescents prefer talk therapy more than play, so I adjust according to their needs.  I have periodic family sessions to help families ensure optimal environments and relationships for developing youth.

All marriages and long-term partnerships experience seasons of great joy and seasons of struggles.  Emotions run deep in these closest of relationships.  I endeavor to take a non-biased position while helping you build, or rebuild, trust, intimacy, communication, and positive regard.
